- Understand changing business objectives and goals, identify challenges, opportunities and risks. Document benefits and drawbacks, agree execution plan and success criteria. Develop and agree change management plan.
- Identify stakeholders, bring them on-board with the change, engage them as partners throughout the execution stages.
- Execute plan by applying change: introduce new frameworks, processes, roles & responsibilities, cost elements etc. Review and act to apply required corrections or roll back as necessary.
- Move to the newly established state and stabilise following the change plan execution, measure and review success, document lessons learned.
